Amazing property in champions gate. Pool was wonderful, pool toys added for the older kids. Grill available for those who like to grill. Plenty of dishes for a large gathering. Game room would be good for older kids but we had littles that loved a cozy night watching their favorites on the huge screen in the movie theater, best part popcorn and soda available for them ( small fridge and microwave right outside). 2 kids rooms were adorable with Mickey Minnie theme and Harry Potter. Bedrooms are spacious and beds comfortable, plenty of room for a large family. Would stay again.

− Neighbors got kinda of loud over the weekend but nothing anyone can do about that. We couldn’t hear them when we were inside in the bedrooms.

Location was excellent and the facilities inside and outside of the Vila was amazing. Definitely would recommend and definitely would like to stay again if possible.

− Door to the pool area was constantly left open so in terms of security not great. Also the sliding door to the pool area does not lock well so again security was not great but this is something that could be fixed quite easily

The property was absolutely perfect. It had everything that we needed and was really spacious and comfortable. The villa was so clean and tidy and had lovely decor throughout. The pool was great and even had lilos and pool noodles provided which were great for the kids. The kids especially loved the games room with table tennis, x-boxes and arcade style retro games and the cinema room was fantastic too! The villa was situated in a great location being only approx 30 mins from the Universal parks. It was a five minute drive to the local supermarket (publix) with pharmacy and take-away restaurants next door (papa johns, chick-a-fila, chinese takeaway) and only afew minutes further to another supermarket and other eat-in restaurants. We felt safe in the neighbourhood with it having secure gated access to access the villa. The golf course surrounding the villa was ideal for golfers with plenty of space and well kept courses. We also visited the clubhouse with communal pool areas, lazy river and bar / restaurant area which was great! Perfect villa for a family holiday. The host was fab too, great communication and quick to respond to questions.

− The only thing would be the noise of the pipework coming from the next door neighbours property. A bit annoying when on the terrace or in the pool but absolutely no reflection on the villa itself as thats perfect!

7 day family vacation was wonderful.

It was a very nice home in a private and quiet neighborhood. The home also had everything you would need. We did have the pool heated as it’s cool in the evening after coming back from the Parks. And I have bad allergies and was so glad there were no odors including sometimes from cleaning products. I highly recommend this home and look forward to be able to come back.
