10.0I loved how close it was to everything and the rooms were beautiful!! The views out of our balcony were stunning! I would totally stay here again. The host brought us fresh croissants every morning and they were amazing!!

10.0The location, ease of check-in and check-out, the beds, coffee, tea and kitchen area. If we had a longer stay we would have likely cooked some meals in the home. The balcony and views are unmatched. The A/C and windows allowed for us to sleep in comfort. The showers were amazing. The beauty of the courtyard and every little detail provided by the hosts was amazing. We were treated with exceptional hospitality and would highly recommend this place to everyone. We were a large group with children and this home was an excellent stay.

9.0Location was great, in the heart of the city. Extremely quiet and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The views were absolutely beautiful. The hosts were very kind and gracious as well.
− The only down side was the water pressure was very low. The property let us know this is an issue throughout Assisi and that it is currently being worked on. They offered a free cheese tasting and a few other things to make up for this. The stay was still wonderful and comfortable, and we would stay again.
