Large spacious space and with a kitchen and comfortable beds. There was parking in the driveway. It is in the basement of a house but has its own entrance

− We were asked to wash the towels and clean before we left. What about the sheets? Do they not change them? That worried me. There was also only one towel for the shower and there were two of us staying there.

Reibungsloser Ablauf und einfache Handhabung Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bequem. Die ruhige Lage in einem Wohngebiet und die gute Erreichbarkeit sorgten für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt.

− Es gab keine Information zum Schlüssel, war aber dann intuitiv zu finden.

− 房主住在楼上很吵，给客人要求了安静时间是10:00pm-7:00am，但是楼上到晚上11:30依然有很大噪音，而且早上也很早就有声音。

Loud and cold basement unit

The basement suite is fairly well-equipped and the price is great!

− Unfortunately, this is a basement unit, and sound isolation from the upstairs unit is poor. To make matters worse, the upstairs residents were noisy and partied until 2 a.m. Also, the temperature was far from ideal and we spent a cold couple of nights. I will not book this unit again.

The property is located in a nice neighborhood, close to shops and restaurants.

− The description of the apartment is not quite accurate in a few important aspects: 1. There is no dishwasher, which is featured in the description and list of amenities. The kitchen is equipped rather poorly overall. 2. There is absolutely no noise insulation. It is the first time we've stayed at an apartment where we could literally hear every word, step, shower, etc., of all the residents in the unit above. 3. The unit above is rented as a party house on Airbnb. We found it, and the description mentions nothing about silent hours. The only limitation is that music is not allowed on the patio. This makes the unit attractive for people looking to have a party. Because of this and the complete lack of insulation, we even had to stay at the hotel two nights, because we could not go another night without sleeping. 4. When we checked in, the apartment was pretty dirty. Human hair was everywhere. We had to clean it with what was provided (mop and broom). Bed linen is extremely cheap and synthetic, which creates a ton of static electricity for anyone using it.
