Family-friendly home close to the springs activities!
10.0The home was great for our two families with kids. Everything was very clean, comfortable, with tv, wifi, and plenty of room. We cooked dinner in the kitchen while the kids played with all of the games in the garage/game room. The house was easy to find, in a nice neighborhood. I highly recommend this rental.
Cyrstal River is a beautiful place. This home is perfectly located to everything.
9.0We had a one-night stay. The owners were very easy to communicate with. The location is perfect. Nicely, updated and clean home on the interior. We had 8 people and brought an inflatable since it was only a 3 bedroom. We put the inflatable in the garage located directly off of the kitchen. The bedrooms were very nice, newly updated bathrooms very nice. Large kitchen with a table for 8 was very nice. We went to Crystal River and swam with Manatee (Fun2Dive) ... Very close and that was an awesome experience. We took a selfie in front of the Crystal River banner located in the garage area in the home. Nice touch. Used our own phones. Home has Wi-Fi and a nice large TV in living room. You have to sign into it with your own profile. We also had dinner at Waterfront Social (a beautiful water restaurant) . Highly recommend this place. Had lunch at Crab Plant. Also, very good. Outside dining on the water.
− The screened porch was at the home is not usable. Dirty floor and torn screens throughout the porch area. That was disappointing because we had planned to use it for visiting. We stayed inside to visit. Home is in a neighborhood that was a little run down. But the interior of the home itself is very nice and the owners certainly can't help how their neighbors maintain their property.
Some lights were out in the dining room and the fan light in the master bedroom flickered.
9.0Very clean and well-appointed. I plan on returning next winter with my family. It was very close to the restaurants and attractions that I wanted to see.
− The internet service was down for part of the time. Not the host's fault. It was a Spectrum problem.
