Pool and location was good

− Villa was a bit run down, leaking showers and toilets. Overall a bit rough and needs some work/maintenance

Accueil sympathique. Personnel très serviable et souriant. J'ai apprécié la piscine qui est assez spacieuse, ainsi que la superficie globale de la villa (près de 500 m2)

− Les villas C151 sont légèrement difficiles d'accès en voiture (rue peu large). Il faudrait également une meilleure maintenance, car on sent tout de même que les murs vieillissent.

− Je ne recommande pas : la villa ne ressemble pas aux photos : - maison vétuste et abîmée, qui a dû être belle il y a longtemps - canapé du salon tâché - salle de bain qui s'innonde à chaque utilisation de la baignoire - eau chaude un jour sur trois - piscine sale à notre arrivée : beaucoup de cheveux dans l'eau - bain à remous d'une baignoire n'a jamais fonctionné - maison louée avec un lit double et un lit simple dans chaque chambre. A notre arrivée, aucun lit simple. Après longue discussion, nous avons eu un seul lit simple en plus... Trop de déceptions et de difficultés pour une maison louée très cher.

There were some genuinely good aspects of our stay: The breakfast was excellent - juice, cereals, full American or Indonesian, Pastry’s, Toast, Jams, Fruit Platter, with plenty of choices. The staff were consistently helpful and did their absolute best to address issues as they came up. The pool was large and enjoyable, and the rooms themselves were spacious. The air conditioning worked very well. The indoor layout, with doors to close off different areas, made it easy to keep the heat and mosquitos out. The property was quiet and within easy walking distance to shops. Plenty of drinking water was provided, and the fridge was huge. When our booked taxi didn’t arrive, staff stepped in and helped organise transport.

− Disappointing and Run‑Down Stay! Our stay was unfortunately below expectations. The place is quite run down and many basics were missing or not functioning. The “full kitchen” wasn’t functional — only two hot plates worked and the overhead light didn’t. No dishwashing liquid or tea towels were provided, just a roll of paper towel. Kitchen supplies were minimal: one frypan, no mugs, only tiny espresso‑sized cups. Sheets were not changed for 8 days, and some toiletries were only replaced when specifically requested. We had to ask for pool towels, fly spray, and there were no mosquito coils provided despite the location. The intercom was broken, which made communication difficult , we had to go to the gate to chat. Mostly communicated by done via Whats App. We had tepid shower water and finally complained. Staff attended promptly and the water heater was fixed. Overall, the property needs maintenance and better attention to basic guest needs. It lacks ambience, not much greenery, needs repainting, floors need re sanding etc. Most electrical did not function fully. Power points, lights all good.

We had an amazing stay at this villa! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt like our own little paradise. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The private pool was perfect for relaxing, and the location made it easy to explore Seminyak and nearby areas. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Bali – we’ll definitely be back!
