− Cleaning outside not done timeously. Stairs not to my wife's liking, Remothoid arthritis. Water flow in taps, no cold water in main bathroom basin. I think they just need to be serviced all round. Parking.

− Barbecue area had no shelter,in bad weather conditions , it hard to utilise it.and the pool was not suitable for children
