10.0We booked this apartment last minute (3pm on the day we checked in) as another apartment cancelled very last minute. The owner could not have been more helpful. He messaged me straight away to say he would get the apartment ready as soon as possible. He picked us up and brought us to the apartment first so we could drop our bags and then phoned when the apartment was ready. He also showed us the way to the airport on the way as we were flying the next morning. An absolute lifesaver.
