I was basically scammed by the property using a third party app, paid the full priced.
1.0Absolutely nothing Customer service was horrible And I was left stranded outside
− Customer service I was left stranded And I was not let into the property Then they cancelled my booking and took my whole paid amount And booking.com can’t help because they texted me on WhatsApp Which is not a verified platform So i basically got scammed I do not recommend 😐

− Lot of people talking, laughing at 6am People took 30 min to have a shower and when I went in I didn't have hot water to have a shower. My children could not have a shower.
