Hat Head is a beautiful beachside town.

− The carpets could do with a good clean other than that it was great value for the price.
Good location but needs a deep clean and no TV
6.0Great location. Great to have the whole house to yourself.
− Unfortunately it wasn’t very clean. When I entered the property, it seemed to have been closed up for a long time as it was extremely stuffy and I walked through a few cobwebs when I went into the bedrooms. There was a used tissue and an empty water bottle left behind the bedside table in one of the rooms too. Lamps and curtains were covered in dust and possibly a bit moldy too. We also found a mouse in the kitchen, and various dead spiders around the property. On top of this, the outlet in the wall behind the TV had actually fallen INTO the wall before we arrived, so we couldn’t use the TV at all. Although we still enjoyed our stay, it would be great if the group managing this property could give it a deep clean and ensure all facilities are working before the next guests arrive.
Enjoyable, loved the wildlife sadly no fish.

Great value for money, but very simple and a little run down.
6.0Amazing location, close walk to beach and creek. Kangaroos came to say hello in the backyard. Very quiet and peaceful. Lounge room and dining table nice and spacious. Light and bright in the day. Two showers and two toilets came in handy.
− Place was a littly dusty, and needed some TLC. A retro brick house that needs a little facelift particularly at the back where they've enclosed the porch. Third bedroom didn't have windows that opened onto fresh air so no one wanted to sleep in there. No smart Tv, netflix or DVD player provided.
