10.0Perfekte Ferienwohnung – Erholung pur! Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung war einfach großartig. Die Unterkunft bietet eine beeindruckende Ausstattung – vom Whirlpool über eine voll ausgestattete Küche bis hin zu Streaming-Diensten wie Netflix. Alles war sehr sauber, funktionierte einwandfrei – ob Geräte oder sanitäre Anlagen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hilfsbereite Art des Vermieters, der jederzeit ansprechbar war und den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung, ist bequem zu erreichen und bietet eine sehr gute Lage – ideal für Ausflüge und gleichzeitig perfekt zum Abschalten. Der schönen Außenbereiche wie Balkon, Terrasse und Veranda haben den Aufenthalt zusätzlich bereichert. Wir konnten uns wunderbar erholen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die Komfort, Ruhe und eine hochwertige Ausstattung schätzen!
− Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Es wäre praktisch, wenn im Badezimmer Haken zum Aufhängen der Handtücher direkt am Waschbecken vorhanden wären.

10.0Bring Italian from the area in Gulianova this was my first time renting an apartment With my 2 sons & daughter for a holiday reunion The apartment is top notch kitchen bedrooms bathrooms. Dining area the balcony is to die for with its jacuzzi and spacious dining area & sunbathing space Location perfect close to your all amenities Easy access from /Ancona to airport if driving Parking facilities The host masimillano very welcoming and extremely helpful The pushbikes were included which We found so much fun riding up and down the seafront very close by Simply perfect For a group of friends /families
