Nice apartment except for jackhammering.
6.0Quite nice apartment. Beds comfy - 2nd room more like a closet.
− Jackhammering at 7am in morning. Window in the bedroom offered no protection. Wouldn’t want to live here permanently.

9.0Instructions were clear and step by step. Really easy to follow, for check in. Room had all amenities and was comfortable and clean.
− Room security, there was no key to lock the gate screen and was unable to lock the apartment from the inside. Needed to make sure to relock the door after opening.

7.0Location and value for money.
− There was no milk in the fridge for tea or coffee. I had a long trip from the Snowy Mountains and was looking forward to a hot cup of tea, but had to go without one.
Very disappointed in this property - loud construction noise from 7am in the morning, and absent communication support f
2.0It was a well appointed property in a good location. This did not compensate for the noise and the poor attentiveness by the property managers.
− Being woken up every morning just after 7:00am, except Sunday, by rock drilling in the construction on the property behind (expect this until at least June 2027). No response by the property manager when questioning the lack of information in the property description about the construction, and also after reporting the clothes drier did not work.
