Perfect location, quiet, and great value
10.0The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city a few minutes walk from Piazza San Marco, yet incredibly quiet and peaceful. The house is beautifully decorated, very well equipped with a comfortable couch and kitchen, and features a wonderful patio. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Note: the attic is very cute, but be aware the ceiling there is quite low. Highly recommended!
− A few minor things: The bed is soft (feels like sleeping on a cloud), it was very comfortable for us, but it might not be for everyone. Regarding cleanliness, the house was well cleaned but could have been done a bit better with more attention to detail in some areas. Also, the water pressure is quite low, though we heard this is typical for Venice. Lastly, please note there is no option for luggage storage before check-in or after check-out, we had to pay quite a lot to store our bags at a different facility.

Zentral, trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegenes Apartment mit kleinem Lichthof nahe dem Markusplatz.
8.0Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, nach einem Telefonat kurz vor unserer Ankunft war die Schlüsselübergabe problemlos. Es gibt hier eine kleine, zweigeschossige Wohnung mit einem Patio und Bad im Erdgeschoss und einem kleinen Innenhof, der mit Pflanzen gewachsen ist. Sehr ruhige Lage mitten in Venedig, absolut empfehlenswert. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll ausgestattet das große Doppelbett im ersten Stock mit einem Topper bestückt. Saubere Bettwäsche. Für zwei Personen ideal, für Familie mit Kindern könnte gegebenenfalls das Dachgeschoss mit hinzu genommen werden, hier befindet sich eine Schlafcouch. Die Küche war vollständig ausgestattet, inklusive Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine (dolce Gusto). Die Sauberkeit war für italienische Verhältnisse in Ordnung.
