10.0Our experience was amazing...The house was more that we expected it was the best house we have ever rented...The entire family was kept entertained with volleyball, football, swimming and specially the hot tub we love it ...

A beautiful house offering almost the perfect stay!
9.0The house was beautiful and convenient for all guests offering a bathroom in each room and a half bath as well. The outdoor seating area was perfect for our gathering. There was ample space in the kitchen and living room and the refrigerator had plenty of room for all our needs. The setup of the house was convenient as well allowing space between rooms and multiple exits. Wonderful house all around.
− We paid for an early arrival. Upon arrival we noticed the pool was green. Shortly after arrival, the cleaning crew returned. There was miscommunication and we had to exit the pool so that it could be cleaned and we had to move indoors so that the patio could be cleaned with a blower and the grill could be cleaned as well. The pool needed to be shocked because of algae (what we were told) and we were not able to use it until the following morning. The owners did refund our early check in fee and also paid for us to park at the river to spend the afternoon there instead. This gesture was greatly appreciated, but for the cost per night of the house, we feel these were things that could have been avoided if there had not been miscommunication between the cleaning crew and if the pool had been shocked the previous day seeing as there had not been anyone staying in the house the night before. The yard was also not cut. Again, something that could have been done prior to the arrival. Overall, we were able to work around the inconveniences, but again, for the cost of the rental, these are things that should be corrected prior to arrival.
