Great holiday lodge. Parking for 2 cars. Full kitchen with lots of crockery and cutlery so you can make use of the dishwasher. Full fridge freezer. Heating fully adjustable and lovely and cozy. Beds are lovely and comfy, showers great. Everything is lovely and clean. Plenty of hangers in the wardrobes. All the cleaning products you will need including kitchen roll, foil etc. tea and coffee and salt, pepper and vinegar. Ice cube trays also included. The pub on site is good and dog friendly. Would definitely return to this property. Thanks to the quick turnaround on our arrival day.

Excellent stay for east Yorkshire beach holiday

This was a lovely bright cabin, which opens onto a shared garden/petanque area. It was well stocked with everything you need to cook 'at home'. Both bedrooms have a shower. The main bed is a king too, so very comfortable. There is a dining pub and small shop on site, as well as a gym and indoor pool. Best though, a fifteen minute or so walk takes you right onto a large sandy beach. To the north you can walk along the beach into lovely Filey, or south you can walk along to a beach cafe, and further. The beach is enormous, not too busy, and very clean. If you get time, go and have breakfast up on Flamborough Head (short drive), the view is astounding.

− The gardens were quite unkempt, halfway through our stay the lawns were mowed, but before this the grass/weeds were knee high. making it quite wet/dewy first thing to excercise the dog. Also, the decking on this particular cabin is not enclosed (some are enclosed with netting) so with a dog it was a job to stop her from investigating further than our area, especiallly when other people were about.

It was a lot further from the beach than suggested about 15/20 mins. Clean and tidy.

The property was clean and well kept.

− The landlord tried to recharge me as she hadn’t received money I had paid from booking.com and didn’t believe me so I had to screen shot my payment, then told me it was my responsibility to speak to booking.com because of the problem. Also forgot to refund my deposit… I wouldn’t book with this person again. Wasn’t sure why this person had my banking details to try and take the money again when it’s breach of GDPR as I had paid an outside source. I have never had to write a bad review before but I wouldn’t trust this person again with a booking.
