6.0− Ausstattung der Küche. Ich finde es sollte schon Schüsseln geben.
Gutes Haus, wenn es irgendwann komplett fertig ist. Im Moment wirkte alles noch ein wenig lieblos.
8.0Lage sehr gut, kurze Wege zur Autobahn und zum Einkaufen, ruhige Lage, nette Nachbarschaft, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, wenn es fertig ist, ist es bestimmt ein tolles Haus.
− Haus war noch nicht komplett renoviert, vor der Terrassentür eines Schlafzimmers stand noch eine große Glasscheibe, die Heizung in diesem Zimmer funktionierte nicht, so dass es extrem kalt war. Bei der Spülmaschine fehlte die Frontblende. Es gab noch keine Bilder oder andere Deko, so dass es im Haus sehr hallt. Die Türen waren teilweise nur sehr schwer abzuschließen, so dass wir eine Weile probieren mussten. Es gab für die ganze Gruppe nur einen Haustürschlüssel. Man kann sich mit der Schlüsselbox behelfen, aber bei der Bettenanzahl wären drei Schlüssel schon nett.
