10.0Garage war von der Wohnung erreichbar und damit gut für Fahrräder, Kinderwagen abstellen geeignet. Parkplatz für PKW direkt vor der Garage. Die ganze Ausstattung modern. Es fehlt nichts, selbs Getränke standen auf dem Tisch.
