I did not stay. I would recommend only for students.

− There was an unpleasant odor in the property that made me leave without sleeping there. Although it appeared clean the area rugs were shabby. Front door enters immediately into one of the bedrooms. Not great for someone sleeping in that room if anyone wants to go in or out. Also, construction on the street prevented parking between 7 am and 5 pm which was a substantial disadvantage since those were the hours I wanted to be there due to work being done in my house.
