7.0Everything but the elevators which were a disaster. Exceedingly slow and then broke down.
− Check in was a mad house and the staff overwhelmed. It took over an hour and the directions were not clear with respect to which entrance had the key

− I did not like wearing the wrist band. When I checked in there was was no one to assist me with luggage It was not offered, even though I saw a bell person working
