4.0Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.
− Typische Kellerwohnung sehr feucht und für die Lunge belastend. Trotz Luft-entfeuchter kein unterschied. An einigen Ecken an der Wand kommt der Schimmel durch. Der Außenbereich sehr verschmutzt (Laubblätter, Spinnweben und überall Maderkot) die Grünanlage müsste von der Autoeinfahrt bis zur Eingangstür geschnitten werden. Die Sitzecke die auf dem Bild zu sehen ist, ist der Holzboden komplett zusammen in sich eingefallen. Beim Carport- Stellplatz ist die Gefahr hoch sich einen Maderschaden am Pkw zu holen .

9.0Зручне розташування поруч з зупинкою автобусів, яким ми доїхали до вокзалу, а звідти прямий потяг до Кельну. Поруч є чудовий супермаркет з продуктами. Є безкоштовна парковка на подвірʼї апартаментів, дуже тихо, просторі апартаменти, ідеальна чистота, весь посуд необхідний для приготування їжі, кава, чай, приправи.
− Відсутність праски, трохи є відчуття вологості в квартирі, не було столика та крісел на вулиці, які представлені на фото.
