7.0Appartamento tenuto molto bene, arredamento nuovo, stoviglie molto assortita. Dimensioni generose anche negli spazi esterni.
− La posizione non è il massimo. Andare in spiaggia a piedi è risultato faticoso e la vicinanza alla ferrovia è un disturbo acustico per la quantità dei treni che ci passano a tutte le ore, compresi quelli ad alta velocità. Sicuramente è un appunto da dire al cliente prima dell'acquisto, scoprirlo dopo è deludente.
