Don't book, awful communication and sells on Airbnb crossover. You will wait days for a refund.
1.0− Awful service, more and more these people put their apartments on both booking and Airbnb. Clearly chose to go with higher price from Airbnb despite reserving for London marathon one year in advance. The English was very poor and did not respond enough any of my messages for me to even understand I was being cancelled on. Resulting in my money being taken and up to 10 days awaiting a refund! Not to mention a panic to find a place to stay with 2 hours before a check-in to run London the next day. These so called human beings ruin other people's lives due to a bit of money making and lack of communication. Shame on them. Ruined the whole weekend.
