8.0Quiet (Monday thru Wednesday in early June), great views. Well stocked kitchen. Grateful for AC in the living room. Couch and chairs were comfortable.
− Bedroom was hot, even with AC and fan running, pillows need replacing, toilet super slow to flush, everything was functional but dated. Deck still salt covered in June. No broom, so had to borrow one from the front desk.

− When we arrived to the building, the keys were not ready. i understand some delays, but the front desk did not have any idea what time they would be ready. We were attempting check in at 730 pm. Everyone was waiting for rooms to be cleaned and the front desk did not have any information to give us on how long it would be.
