Eresos is a charming village, and Eresos Relax & Rest House turned out to be the perfect choice for my stay. The apartment is wonderful: very clean, tidy, quiet, and beautifully maintained. It has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook, air conditioning for the hottest days, and a lovely garden where you can relax in the evening. A mini market, a bakery, and several tavernas are just a short walk away, while Skala Eresos beach is only a two-minute drive. Above all, I'd like to highlight the exceptional kindness of Efstratia and her husband. They were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. They made me feel at home from the very beginning. When I return to Eressos, I will definitely stay here again.

Great location, big inner courtyard, bright, comfortable beds, very clean and simple, excellent hostess and communication, and the village of Eressos is wonderful

− No real comfortable place to relax besides the bed but it’s a small space so no room for a couch. It could have had a few more kitchen amenities like a good cutting knife and more pots and counter space for cooking, also no washing machine but we hand washed our clothes and hung them to dry, not a big deal.

We enjoyed its proximity to the town square but the property was challenging to stay in.

It was quiet and secluded. Very quirky and had lots of character. The main living space was pleasant and the kitchen area was spacious. The bathroom facilities were clean and the shower was good. The property felt very safe as the door into the courtyard was lockable.

− The approach road was very steep, narrow and cobbled. It had the potential to be hazardous. The parking space was small with the risk of being boxed in with a steep drop to the road along one side. The access to the bathroom was down a very steep narrow winding staircase. The top step of which was only about a foot from the side of the bed and felt hazardous particularly at night. I bumped my head and elbows on a few occasions going up and down.The bathroom itself was spacious but the ceiling was so low that it was impossible to dress/undress without hitting your hands. The seated area outside was tiny and at the top of stairs up to the door, there was barely room for a table and two chairs. Anyone with mobility issues would find this property very challenging.

Peaceful home with the essentials for a lovely holiday, ideal base for exploring and beach days

Wonderful, private courtyard to eat breakfast in. Had the main essentials needed for a mid-length trip. Lovely hosts, nice neighbours, parking right out front (if you're comfortable driving small, steep streets). Benefit of quiet village close to mountain road but just a 5 min drive to the beach. Beautiful views out of the windows. It felt like your own by the end of the trip, could have stayed longer. Very good value for money.

− Unfortunately the beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable, making quality of sleep not so great. No air con is difficult in the height of summer with just one fan, so made it a bit stuffy, especially at night.
