Promised luxury but didn't deliver.

Liked how clean the apartment was & it's closeness to the beach.

− Was no air-conditioning & our windows unbeknown to us opened directly into the carpark, so we couldn't even leave them open. During a heatwave of 35deg our room didn't go under 31deg at any time making us feel ill, & it was the most uncomfortable stay we've had anywhere. We asked reception twice about a shed we should have had for beachwear, but different staff couldnt tell us where it was, instead almost blamed us for booking through the owner (we did it through booking.com) saying if wed booked with them wed of had an information & welcome pack. We also informed reception about the heat in our room & was given a phone number to call, which we called but never had a reply back. The main bedroom was dreadful & looked & felt like it was an afterthought. Pillows & bedding we're low quality & we were unable to get around the best as there was only a 5inch gap to get around it. A real pity as we were really looking forward to staying somewhere that claimed to have Luxury apartments, yet ours was the oposite.

Some nice bits but so hot and tired from no sleep, made us stay outside and do some lovely local walks

Very well equipped to a high level and a lovely touch with a welcome pack. Superb location and free parking an essential bonus. Pool facilities fabulous and beach towels provided too. Spacious living space and kitchen and a smart tv with all modern apps on it. Everything you need

− Hotter than the sun, 3 fans in there but unbearable especially at night! Windows open a foot above a flat roof, which is easily accessible (waist height) from the car park so didn’t feel safe to open when not there or overnight. Air outlet immediately outside spare room-making constant 24/7 noise. Have to side shimmy past the bed as so little room at the end of the bed….and then not whack yourself on the radiator (took three goes ouch). No sea view-that is expected as per booking details, but straight into the car park is awful. No privacy from people going to/from cars or up and down the external staircase

Overall excellent location and a very clean modern apartment allowing all 4 guests to enjoy great spacious rooms.

Beautifully appointed apartment, spotlessly clean, great location and excellent facilities.

− It was quite dark with no view, but that was reflected in the price. Overall I would deffinately recommend. Great base for beautiful woolacombe
