10.0Lovely place we arrived to a lovely warm home. The kitchen was lovely and clean and crockery and utensils were plenty. Comfy beds . Location was so quiet just what we needed. Gated property and security so as a female only group we felt really safe . The hot tub was the highlight of our evening - nice and clean and HOT!

− Hot tub cold, 36/7 degrees in the winter is not warm enough to use. House cold and damp, floor inside dangerous due to damp it was soaked. Generally the whole place was un-loved.

− We were unable to open windows in the rooms, which get hot during summer nights.
Cracking place! Quiet, clean and very welcoming.
8.0Clean, Tidy. Beautiful place and location and the hot tub was brilliant. Nice to have a log burner and a fully stocked wood store ready and waiting.
− Was a little cold on arrival and would have been nice had the heating been on already but warmed up quick enough and a minor gripe all things considered.
