Big disappointment!

− Very poor standards of service/facilities and lack of privacy. Firstly, some of the facilities were not available in spite of being advertised. No parking on premises (your car need to be left outside the property. TV was not available to watch it upon our arrival and it took 4 days for the host to get it ready to be able to watch only a couple of local TV channels. Secondly, during the stay, the host had to enter the property again and again to fix not working lights, blocked sinks as well as inspecting the premises to find a reason to come back (e.g to fix a sofa's leg). We were also approached by the host as we were going to use the included washing machine service (located outside the apartment) while being very intrusively questioned about using it 4 days after our arrival while showing a disapproval attitude (very rude and very embarrassing). We were 3 guests and the washing machine was used only two days during the whole 2 weeks stay in the property. The property is actually located underground (converted car parking alike) something that is not mentioned in the description of the property) so a set of dangerous steps with no handrails have to be used with extra care to going in and out of the property (not recommended for disabled/elderly people). In addition, there are no regular windows but one roof window with poor ventilation. We were also all agreed about the uncomfortable beds.
