10.0I absolutely loved the property! As soon as you walk in, there’s a feeling of comfort just like home. The neighborhood is walking distance to a park for little ones to burn off energy. It’s also a quiet neighborhood with short walking distance to a bodega (small convenience store), snacks, & ice cream (Carvel). It’s very easy to get around town with GPS. You’ll learn your way around and downtown quickly. Supermarkets and common fast foods as well as bagel shops are only short distances away. Street parking can be a pain if you have more than 1 vehicle, but that’s everywhere in NY. There is private parking for 1 vehicle behind the house. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
− A second bathroom (toilet) would be nice for the amount of people the home accommodates. There’s only 4 washcloths, but 8 bath towels. (Just pack extra if you need more).

− Baby or young kid stepping very loudly on the upper floor in the early morning; lack of hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. Putting hooks on the door would be a good idea.
