− All ingresso nell appartamento forte odore di muffa che impregna anche i mobili della sala cucina nonostante la ristrutturazione. Piano cottura stufa e frigorifero vecchi non adeguati alla ristrutturazione e pentole e stoviglie di bassa qualità. Si può fare meglio.
