False advertising:/ NO HOT TUB & SHARED SAUNA WITH NO GUARANTEES OF BEING ABLE TO USE IT!

The location was good and the set up had a lot of potential to be really good. It was quiet and peaceful

− It was advertised to have a sauna and Hot tub in my chosen room/suite. The picture showed the room as having a private back area with sauna in it. When we got there we found it was a shared area out of our rooms grounds and there was no hot tub. Owner said it was a bath… which we had to spend ten minutes cleaning before we could use that too. The owner put rose petals and some chocolates in our room for my partners 40th then tried to charge me $50 for it (I’d pay what it was worth but that was ridiculous) also the next day she put a damage claim In for $200!!!!!!! As there was ‘stains’ on the bed cover….. that was marks off the rose petals and the cover would just need washed! Without even washing the cover she claim it was damage 16minutes after we checked out meaning she hadn’t even put it in the wash….. and a cover isn’t worth $200!!!!! We removed bedding and placed in washing machine with towels when cleaning to leave and the cover was stained and disgusting … how they try to claim money off me for rose petal marks is an insult … Iv inserted pictures! No normal milk in there only filtered coffee and full cream. No sugars or sweeteners No bottled water in the fridge which is usually basics… And no air con! It was in the 30’s making the stay hot and uncomfortable. Can’t check in til 3pm but the info in room says we can’t use the ‘shared sauna’ after 4:30! If someone else is in the sauna you lock all access doors and you can’t use it! Not how it was advertised and not what I paid $448 for one night for! Very disappointing as it was a special occasion for my partner

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The homestay was beautifully presented, incredibly clean, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable, the space felt private and peaceful, and the whole atmosphere was warm and inviting. Communication was easy and friendly, and check-in was smooth. It truly felt like a little retreat. We left feeling refreshed and already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend!

Very clean, close to town, very comfortable bed. Lots of information about local spots, netflix on the tv and really top quality amenities like local teas and body wash.

− The villa was slightly on the smaller side but it didn’t matter too much and the bed was very spacious.

Most relaxing, well needed break.hist couldn’t have been better for us.
