9.0Location and security on site.
− Lack of communication from the host and cohost during booking process especially when you live abroad. Upon checking in toilet wasn’t cleaned that I had to scrub. Duvet and kitchen items had hair strands on it that I had to rewash. Washer was leaking. Overall, it’s an ideal location but the hosts need to improve on their quality of service to meet customers expectations and standards.
