9.0Close to downtown but feel like a more residential quiet area. Nice to take a stroll around the local streets and see the great views. 2 full bathrooms were wonderful.
− The cooking utensils were lacking and available skillets were too small and lacking any quality. Barely acceptable but didn't spend much time indoors as location is the key
We liked the hot tub and the location, but the kitchen facilities were insufficient for a place intended for 4 people an

Great 2 bedroom value stay in Moab. Hot tub is nice plus.

10.0The beds were soooo comfortable! Awesome location and quiet street. Clean, so cute and there was a great backyard with our own semi-private patio. Owners were responsive to queries we had. We had a great experience!
