8.0− The host was lovely and enthusiastic, but the bathtub's water system was not good; it drained very slowly.
Once we’d cleard some confusion with the keys we had a pleasant stay.
7.0Well located.
− It is a little dated.
We loved everything about the accommodation and will definitely go back there.
10.0Clean, spacious, great location, good communication from Ian and his team.
− No comment. All good
Poor
3.0Location and access.
− There were multiple items in the flat which I found were not as expected and were not matching the photos advertised. This has been quite disappointing. Multiple items were in bad condition upon arrival - including flooring, a bedroom window that was not closing and the front door missing the handle and parts of the chain lock, as well as the rubbish bin not having been emptied from previous guest, the freezer being full of ice. This has been quite disappointing.
