2.0− The hygiene and property condition are substandard. There were mould in the freezer for our stay. This property requires significant uplift to live up to its pricing

Disappointing given what we paid and the issues we encountered.
3.0Location was ok and function room was good apart from lack of air conditioning. Plenty of beds.
− No hot water until 11pm because gas had been turned off. Function room was full of dead bugs which hadn't been cleaned. No air conditioner in function room. Rubbish bins had been left full with no space for our rubbish. Sliding screen door near kitchen was out of action because it had fallen out of its grooves. This property needs some attention. Disappointing given what we paid.
