2.0Location near SM mall. Courtyard and pool area very clean and cozy
− The apartment was old and worn out. Untidy. Dishes and cutlery, furniture, cupboards, bathroom. Worn out and untidy. Some of the cupboard doors were broken. The bed was the only thing that was new. The apartment needs a complete renovation. The view from the balcony to the backyard was like looking at a garbage dump. Not value for money. I do not recommend
I'm very disappointed by the misrepresentation, but in fact I would stay again.
4.0Great location. The communal pool, gardens and basketball Court were a winner. There was also a washing machine and an effective drying area on the roof
− There were misrepresentation. The picture from the windier in the description, was taken from an angle that did not show the true view. The true view is of a demolition site wish lies of rubbish on it. It's very unsightly, that's an understatement. The cooker in the kitchen is disconnected and on top of it sits a 1 ring heater. This is not a siren in the pictures
