10.0Clean, well appointed and close to 24/7 bus routes into the centre. Close to the seaside and shops. The hosts, although we didn’t meet, were exceptional over the phone, when required. Nothing was too much and they even managed and early check in for us.

− Extra bed for 2 people need replacement for descent one. Some of the kitchen equipment was very dirty...cushions in living room need some cleaning ( very questionable white marks visible )
