I liked the apartment however it wasn’t very clear to get to and the parking was even harder to find. I just wish the ow

− Parking was impossible to find, parking pass did not work to open garage. Owner did not respond/help we only received automated messages. We ended up having to pay $50 for parking across the street

− My reservation (after already paid) was cancelled without notification. I paid for a 2 night stay and did not check in until the second night (due to a family emergency) and when I went to enter the code upon entry into the apartment unit the second night, the code did not work. I reached out to the property management but did not get a response (although it was late at night). I was in communication with the property management a day prior regarding ID verification so I do not understand why I was not notified prior to this stay being automatically cancelled. It is very unfortunate as I’ve stayed at this location previously and had a positive experience.

10.0a beautiful loft in the center of the city, within walking distance of the convention center and many eating options. I also appreciated the washer/dryer and ability to control the temperature
− limited grocery options nearby if I were to cook, but all the appliances were available; the fridge was filled with snack items that the host is selling. you may have to pre-arrange with the host about keeping the fridge empty so that you could fit groceries or other leftovers if you're staying long term or plan on cooking

9.0Convenient location, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Had a very nice stay. The walk-ways connecting everything was very convenient. Would definitely stay again...
