8.0Perfect location for uni graduation. Really helpful staff via text & phone. Saved so much hassle staying the night before.
− It was perfect for what I needed & I know new management have just taken over just needs a little tlc in places but nothing major. Would use again.
Great value stay for the Theatre.
8.0Superb location, stayed one night, party of four, to see a show at The Sunderland Empire Theatre and visit a couple of bars and restaurants all just ten minutes walk away. An older property but clean with comfy beds and quite funky decor. Towels and toiletries provided, nice shower, TV and free WI-FI a bonus. With free parking so close to the city centre it was excellent value, less half the price of two hotel rooms locally, everything we needed for our visit. Communication with our host was good.
− Could have done with some more cups and cutlery in the kitchen.

− No words can really describe how below standard this property is quite honestly should not be allowed to rent out in anyway as it not in a fit state obviously prior student accomodation,the only way you may get any good reviews is if you inhale the strong pungent smell of Drugs when you arrive in the property.It hadnt been cleaned there was not enough cultery,cooking trays still had pizza on them,I dont think a duster had been used for years ,mattress you could feel the springs,broken door casings,we would have left the minute we walked in but there was no other accommodation to book in the area as like everyone else we were visiting for a concert. There was also mail behind the door with Notice for Immediate attention on it,The picture's on Booking .com are not a true reflexion of the accomodation what so ever.
