10.0Posizione stupenda, direttamente sulla spiaggia. Casa incantevole, appena ristrutturata e con arredamenti di pregio. Proprietaria carinissima e super disponibile. Un posto da sogno!
Esperienza unica!
10.0Più che una casa perfetta è una vera esperienza da provare! La struttura è bellissima, nuova e molto accogliente. Ristrutturata sfruttando al meglio tutti gli spazi. Ma il vero plus è la posizione impagabile e la veranda sul mare unica nel suo genere. Veramente top!

− Ein bisschen mehr Privatsphäre wäre schön gewesen. Evtl. durch Pflanzen auf der Terrasse beim Abgang wo alle Leute vorbei laufen müssen.
Erholsamer Urlaub in einer topmodernen Unterkunft!
10.0Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und topmodern eingerichtet. Die Lage am Meer ist unschlagbar, es ist direkt am Strand und in unmittelbarer Nähe von Bars, Restaurants und ‚Lidos‘. Mara, die Vermieterin, ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns zahlreiche Top-Restaurants empfohlen und auch Ausflugs-Tipps von mittelalterlichen ‚Borghi‘ in der Toscana vorgeschlagen.

8.0Die Lage ist top. Direkt am Meer. Die Ausstattung modern. Es hat alles was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin Mara ist sehr freundlich. Sie hat gute Empfehlungen gegeben für Ausflüge.
− Wenn man auf der Terrasse sitzt, kann jeder hinsehen, da der öffentliche Durchgang zum Meer direkt neben dem Haus / Terrasse liegt.
A delightful stay in a quintessential beach house!
10.0The location of this property was absolute perfection! Private, as close to the water as possible, and a lovely, clean efficient beach house. We loved the proximity to restaurants so we could walk everywhere. Mara was lovely, helpful and enhanced our stay!
