10.0まず、部屋の作りがオシャレで孫達も大はしゃぎ。ベッドメイキングからコーヒーメーカー、食器・グラス等々全て揃っていて清潔感がある。洗濯機は洗剤も良い物があり、物干し台も折り畳み式で大容量の物で助かった。鍵は、近くからも見えない暗証番号を押すタイプの物だったので、安心安全が1番良かった。
− たったひとつ、エアコンを強風にした際、埃が強くする度に出てきたので、埃だけでなく、カビもあるのではないかと気になった。

7.0とても綺麗で清潔感があり、洗濯もできてよかったです。 必要なものはほとんど揃っていたので助かりました。
− まず入室する際に送られてきた暗証番号と実際の暗証番号がなぜか違っていたらしく、送られてきた暗証番号を押しても入室できなくて電話もなかなか繋がらなかったので、雨も降り肌寒いこともあり、30分ほど入室できなかったのが残念でした。
