Prima accommodatie voor een kort verblijf, met zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame hosts.
8.0Er was direct contact met de host en alles werd duidelijk uitgelegd, zoals hoe wij toegang konden krijgen tot de accommodatie en de geldende huisregels. Na overleg was het zelfs mogelijk om onze bagage eerder af te leveren dan de afgesproken inchecktijd. Voor onze doeleinden (een weekend in Newcastle met vrienden) was dit een prima accommodatie.
− Het enige punt van aandacht is dat de vloeren niet helemaal schoon waren (onze voetzolen waren snel zwart) en op sommige plekken wat plakkerig aanvoelden. Daarnaast zat de rugleuning van één van de stoelen los. Voor de rest was alles netjes en voldeed de accommodatie prima. De douche was lekker warm en de bedden waren goed, zeker voor een verblijf van een paar nachten.

Unclean, unpleasant smell and rundown but central with parking

− It was unclean, the dirtiest place we’ve ever stayed at. It had a strong unpleasant smell in the house. It was rundown and needs things repairing like the downstairs shower and redecorating and a deep clean. Very disappointed, it reminded me of my student accommodation over 20 years ago. Don’t take your family there is our advice our feet were black each day due to the dirty floors
Well located, easy booking but complex deposit process. Sweet, well thought out
8.0Nice bedrooms, two bathrooms & loos. TV set and decent kitchen with dining area. Easy parking. Very helpful assistance over the phone to sort out the rather complicated deposit & code process.
− Complicated procedure to pay deposit and obtain entry code. The outsides and garden could be cleaner & weeded.
