8.0La villa es preciosa y tiene un equipamiento y domótica totalmente actualizado, moderno y funcional. Habitaciones amplias, camas cómodas, salón y cocina espectacular, iluminación preciosa...
− El Medano es un destino ventoso donde la arena está presente constantemente. Esto implica que requiere un constante mantenimiento de las instalaciones porque la arena se cuela en todas partes. Algunas persianas estaban atascadas por la arena. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba en el salón. La parte exterior podría estar mejor protegida del viento y la arena porque es imposible hacer vida en el exterior. Una ducha al menos se agradecería. Y si no se quiere perder la vista del mar, que es maravillosa, un cerramiento alto con cristales del exterior sería maravilloso. Luego pequeños detalles que los huéspedes previos dejan en mal estado, pero hay que revisar por el personal de mantenimiento como la cafetera (que era espectacular) pero mal usada por los anteriores huéspedes y después de limpiarla nos damos cuenta que le falta el tipo de agua que solo se puede usar en ella, o el congelador que ofrece hielo y tenía una piedra enorme que tuvimos que sacar... pequeños detalles que si se revisan está mejor.

10.0Great villa. Well equipped. Perfect location close to everything, provided you have a car. On longer stays, even some interesting things in the area. Very much traveller and comfort oriented experience is provided by the owners. Cleanliness top. Alarm, closed parking within the garden. Great open kitchen area.
