Please, avoid this property.
1.0− We had a confirmed reservation, and even have paid for our stay. However, when we arrived at the property, security staff was not able to find our names in their system, and advised us to address to our agent - Booking.com. The next hour we spent near gates, trying to communicate with the agent. We were told that for some reason the property was not able to accommodate our stay, and we are free to find another place to stay. "Don't worry!" - told the agent. "We will return your money back". This way, instead of enjoying tennis tournament as planned, we were looking for the place to stay... That was our worst experience with Booking.com reservation.
