Great value property, spacious and confortable.
9.04 good double bedrooms, large bathroom with a very good shower, plenty of hot wafer, well equipped kitchen, good supply of basics. Although not in central Worcester there is a frequent bus service very close.
− A separate toilet would have been better than it being in the bathroom, but manageable.

8.0Location was great for the town centre, racecourse, cricket ground etc Communication was great throughout and easy instructions for accessing the property. Good WiFi, comfy beds and 4 private bedrooms ideal for our group.
− Sofa in the lounge has seen better days as you sit on it and almost fall through it but there are other seats and we were only using it as a base whilst we visited Worcester so not really an issue. If arriving after 5pm parking can be an issue as the road is narrow and spaces limited so you may find yourself parking in a neighbouring street but even then only 70 or 80 yards away so again not really an issue.

The flat was a good home base and priced well for needs but uncomfortable in some ways.
6.0It was easy to access the property. The property was sufficient for our needs and conveniently located. The kitchen was well stocked and comfortable. The beds were comfortable as well.
− The living room sofa needs to be replaced. There were cob webs in the living spaces in different places and the dining room set was overly dusty. We didn’t use it. The heat made the third floor unlivable. We had to shut it off as a possible living/sleeping space.
Perfect location for the Cricket and for exploring Worcester.
