10.0Nice and cozy apartment. It was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. The lack of air conditioning for cooling in the summer is not a problem, as the temperatures in Borovets are not very high. It is basically an open space, as there are no separate bedrooms but it's good for couples or families. The check-in process is fast and easy with a lockbox infront. The apartment is located in the center of Borovets and all places of interest are nearby. Nevertheless, during the summer season it is not very busy and there were no outside noises so we managed to have a nice rest with a lot of fresh air comming from outside. We would definitely recommend this place.

The apartment was perfect for us, well located, clean, well appointed and the host was excellent.
9.0Location of the apartment was fantastic in relation to all resort amenities. It is well located between all main lifts and gondolas to the slopes and a short distance from everything. It was also quiet as the apartment is on the back of the building facing the trees, not the road.
− Although the apartment is very modern, clean and well appointed, the Flora apartments building itself was very dated and the elevators are not in great working order. The building feels tired and overdue a refurbishment which is a shame as the apartment we rented was excellent, as was the host 😊

9.0Everything was fantastic, really clean and great location for slopes. Host communication was excellent and does look exactly like photos. Definitely suits a family with younger children as bunk bed area is small and relatively open to the main room.
