8.0The condo was clean..nice location to the beach..the condo had almost everything we needed and expected. The outside sitting space was great with comfortable chairs..even watched an Osprey building its nest in a tree nearby.
− The master bed wasn't that great..it was ok..the mattress was alittle smashed in on one side. We were given a designated parking spot.only to have some bitchy lady parked in it..went to the office and he told us to park in a spot at the opposite end of our condo...the pool was freezing for a few days..then. it started to get warm..then for days it was almost too hot to stay in it! The condo could use a blender and a crock pot..luckily we had our own to use. When you run the dishwasher it backs up junk into the sink from the disposal..that didn't work.

8.0The Condo was very nice, clean and comfortable Kitchen great - all utensils , dishes, et were here Had beach chairs, wagon, umbrella included The pool area was very nice , warm water , new bathrooms at pool , clean, renewed after Hurricane with lots of poolside chairs The atmosphere around the complex was quiet and relaxed Parking space was included Elevator worked great I would recommend to family and friends
− There was some construction going on and landscaping all in the effort to restore the condo grounds The tennis court and pickleball court are not open yet I think by end of summer this will be completed Not much bad to say or dislike
