9.0Lovely interior and was super clean. The hosts were great with communication. Very good access to the NEC via taxi (less than £8) and also via train which was just a 10 minute walk away.
− The property was quite cold in a morning, and due to street parking it could be difficult at times as it was a busy area, but this is out of the hosts control.

8.0House was really convenient for working at nec. Area was a bit rough but had no issues whatsoever. The house was great for what we needed. Well equipped for 6 of us staying all week
