− Bedding was stained and ripped. The fan on ceiling was loose and made slot of noise. Breakfast was burnt Airport taxi was too small.
In comparison to other places I have stayed both in Amritsar and other cities, I did not feel this hotel was value for m

− I have a premium room but very basic facilities eg tea and coffee maker equated to a kettle only. Phone not working. Make sure you hand over the correct cash as person behind desk decided he won’t give change even when I tipped him. I booked through booking.com- I noted payment came out of my account immediately after booking where usually this happens a few days before check in.
