10.0Very nice size 3 bedroom with nice size living room and the kitchen was great. Easy access to the beach. Sofa and love seat were all recliners.
− King bed was a little too hard because of my bad back. Back porch needs an awning due to the sun beating down on it in the morning hours. Mosquitoes. Tv had too many different go to’s.
