10.0The home was comfortable and clean. There was help available on phone. We had a great time there. And really enjoyed.
− A jar of tea bags would have helped. The floor squeaks a lot specially heard louder when going to the bathroom at night.

The unit if very clean and in a GREAT area. Park & waterfront just a short walk away.
6.0The location was great. We stayed over the weekend so the parking was fine but come Monday morning there were no parks in the street at all. The available parking space at the unit is very small so we couldn't use it unfortunately.
− The bed in the main bedroom as you walk in the door must be missing some slats under it. It was extremely uncomfortable to sleep in, but luckily there was only myself and child, so I utilized another bed on another night but this needs to be fixed for future guests who will use the entire home.
Great stay and ideal base for a girls weekend away.

Extremely well setup house in a great location!
9.0The location for this house is fabulous - a short walk to the Sandy Bay beach (a lovely dog beach), or a slightly longer walk to Sandy Bay shops. Battery Point is the next suburb - and again is quite walkable. The parking was much appreciated - and the house itself is incredibly well setup and comfortable. It had everything we needed - and more!
− The cleaning could probably be a little deeper. I had to look under the bed for something I had dropped and there was a lot of dust and some rubbish under there. On the surface the cleaning was good.
