Charming place, but could be better maintained

− The house has seen better times, is not very well maintained. Unfortunately, the rooms had only been cleaned superficially.
Cosy vintage house in the sorrounding of Rome
10.0The house was half an hour away from the center. Its perfect stay if you travel by car. The house was spacious for our familly of 5. We loved the vintage style of the house. There is a big garden for relaxation. Beds were confortable. There was a nice dog, who likes to cudle. If your passion is litareture and art there are plenty of books and piano to use it. Kids liked the attic where you can sleep and discover the place. Your car has safe parking place and the sorrounding is very quite. Robert gave us very useful information where to park the car in the center and what to visit in Rome. In the radium of 500m you can find a local market for all delicius food of Italy. If you like bigger markets and restaurants they are near there. For us this was pefect choice for the stay in Rome.
Friendly meeting, relaxed atmosphere, close to natural beauty.
10.0This is a place for people that want a quite place. Robert, who is a musician and an excellent guitarrist, is a very friendly person. He will lend you an unbrella for the beach if you don't have one and tell you about nice places to visit. The house is not modern but has caracter. 100 hundred years old. Beaches and waterfall (must visit!) are less than one hour away. I strongly recommend you to book this place.
